Australia’s premier retro vocal group are doubling the entertainment at Frankston Arts Centre with a new high-energy show in October and a Christmas spectacular in December.
Bigger, bolder and more electrifying than ever, Hits of the ‘60s & ‘70s is The 60 Four’s vibrant celebration of the music that defined generations, featuring the timeless hits of The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, The Bee Gees, Simon & Garfunkel, Johnny O’Keefe, Roy Orbison and more.
Then the boys return with their critically acclaimed Christmas Proms for an unforgettable festive performance. Take their signature ’60s and ’70s twist wrapped up in Christmas cheer, and you’ve got the perfect way to kick off the holiday season.
Known for their world-class harmonies, slick choreography and undeniable stage presence, The 60 Four have built a reputation as one of Australia’s most exciting live acts, and their latest production promises to take things to another level.
“This is easily the biggest and most exciting show we’ve ever created,” the group’s producer, Ben Francis, says of Hits of the ‘60s & ‘70s. “We’ve taken everything audiences already love and dialled it up: more energy, more iconic songs, and more unforgettable moments. It’s a show that really brings people together.”
The group is also committed to keeping live entertainment accessible. “We know people are being more selective about how they spend, especially when it comes to entertainment,” says Ben. “Despite the increasing costs of touring, we’ve made the decision to keep our ticket prices unchanged for the past three years. For us, it’s about giving people a chance to switch off, have fun, and enjoy a bit of escapism. That’s what live music should be about.”
