The Lookout – Anonymous
A site-responsive sculptural work set atop a grassy knoll overlooking Westernport Bay. Designed to bring awareness to the practice of venturing into nature, being still, observing what presents and making space for evolves within you.
To find The Lookout park at the end of The Esplanade in Flinders and follow the path to the beach along Dodds Creek. When you are on the beach turn left towards Shoreham and walk around 1 km. The Lookout is nestled next to a banksia tree on a small headland. Best walked at low tide. Best viewing sunrise or moonrise.
