Mark Making Drawing workshop

Using pencils and graphite, participants will experiment with a variety of marks that ‘feel out’ an object, rather than accurately represent it. We will start with a few quick drawing exercises to loosen the hand and the mind, and allay any fears of a white page. Then we will settle in to a longer mark making session before regrouping to discuss the positive outcomes of the workshop.

Participants are welcome to bring their own drawing materials
