When life takes its toll, take heart: KeKe Wellness in Rye provides the ideal space for destressing, rejuvenating and reassessing. This serene and streamlined wellness centre on Point Nepean Rd is something special. Yes, it offers body-melting massage, deep-cleansing facials and a range of stellar Australian-made skin and relaxation products, but more than this, it offers a chic coastal escape to tune out and tune into your physical and mental wellness.
KeKe Wellness is the brainchild of husband and wife team Warren and Carly Smith. After spending a few months in Bali looking at how they wanted to live their lives moving forward with their four children, they’ve returned to the Mornington Peninsula to open an incredible space which devotes itself holistically to mental and physical well-being. Bringing years of experience to the wellness industry, skin therapist Carly, of Magnolia Beauty Salon fame in Balnarring, understands feeling great comes from the inside out, while husband Warren brings alternative life outlook and a fitness-first approach to living. He explains: “We wanted to provide our clients with a completely unique wellness boutique experience. We all have super busy lives and sometimes look for unhealthy ways to diffuse. KeKe Wellness is all about finding ways to destress through treatments that promote anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety and recovery-based treatments. Our main focus is to provide the best care to all clients through alternative and new age practice, which includes education on how to maintain optimum holistic health.”
So what’s in store when you walk through the door? Peace, cocooning safeness and cutting-edge treatments. Warren continues: “Out float tank therapy offers 100 per cent magnesium-boosted weightlessness and is great for improving cardiovascular health by inducing deep relaxation, while our cryo therapy promotes cell rejuvenation and muscular repair. Both these hi-tech therapies are great for shedding stress, decompressing, repairing physical and mental toll and addressing negative behaviours. We also collaborate with like-minded therapists to offer an extensive range of massage including relaxation, remedial, deep tissue, cupping, lymphatic drainage and dry needling to further the wellness experience.”
The name KeKe is created from the first letter of each of Warren and Carly’s children. An ideal wellness hub for holiday escape invigoration, groups of wellness-minded friends or couples who just want to indulge, this is one Mornington Peninsula experience you won’t want to miss. Want optimum clean-living wellness? You’ve found it with KeKe.
