Red Gum BBQ is excited to announce it will be reopening its big roller doors for restaurant dining from Wednesday, June 3!
Red Gum BBQ is blessed with two spacious dining areas to accommodate the maximum of 20 guests currently allowed in each space. The main dining area will feature house favourites on a set menu, while guests opting to dine in the private dining room will enjoy a four-course barbecue experience with the opportunity to match their food to a selection of Mornington Peninsula wines or craft beers.
The main dining room menu will include such delights as smoked grass-fed brisket, free-range pulled pork, mac’n’cheese, and honey butter cornbread. The private dining room menu will include Georgia favourite Brunswick stew, southern-fried chicken with dipping sauces, beef ribs, mash and greens, and bread and butter pudding. Sittings in each dining area will be limited to one and a half hours for each party. Bookings are essential and can be made online.

Opening hours are Wednesday and Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday and Saturday 11am-9pm, and Sunday 11am-4pm.
