As the principal audiologist of Victorian Hearing, Nicole Bowden is a trailblazer in ethical, patient-centred hearing health care.
Since founding the clinic in 2006, Nicole has grown it into an award-winning leading independent audiology practice with 21 staff, providing community access to comprehensive hearing tests, tinnitus management, wax removal, cochlear implants, and 100 per cent invisible Lyric 24/7 extended-wear hearing aids.
Nicole’s leadership has placed Victorian Hearing at the forefront of audiology, assisting the hearing-impaired, reshaping workplace medical recruitment policies for those with hearing loss, and revolutionising Lyric self-replacement, earning global recognition.
Her commitment to excellence extends to mentoring and speaking at conferences, including La Trobe University’s ethics panel.
Beyond clinical care, Victorian Hearing champions sustainability, hearing aid recycling, and community outreach.
Under Nicole’s leadership, it continues to expand, shaping the future of audiology with innovation, advocacy, and a deep commitment to transforming lives through better hearing.
