Lucia, a trained physiotherapist, professional organiser, support worker and mum of two, has always been fascinated by how our environment shapes the way we feel, move and live. Years of working with people to improve their quality of life, combined with travel and learning from different cultures, taught her one thing: when our surroundings are organised and supportive, we thrive.
From this belief, Tidy Matters was born. While pregnant with her second child during the pandemic, Lucia reflected on her own life and realised that being organised wasn’t just a habit; it was a skill she could share. Her mission is simple: to help others create homes that bring relief, clarity and joy.
While Lucia also has clients in the Bayside area, the Mornington Peninsula community is at the heart of Tidy Matters. Lucia’s local connections, family and friendships shape the way she works, helping families and individuals create spaces they love. Her clients are many and varied: busy parents and new mums navigating life without nearby family; older people looking to downsize; and anyone ready for positive change. Every system is personalised to fit real lives, not Instagram-perfect ideals.
What sets Tidy Matters apart is a personal, compassionate and practical approach. Lucia works hands-on with clients, understanding that clutter is often emotional, and solutions must be flexible, achievable and lasting. She offers gentle support for new mums and Access Bars sessions to declutter the mind as well as the home – because calm inside starts with calm outside.
Lucia loves seeing the relief and lightness on her clients’ faces when their homes finally work for them. Every client, space and story are unique. Helping transform them is both her pride and joy.
At Tidy Matters, it’s not about perfection; it’s about creating a sanctuary that truly supports life.
