Shaping women’s wellbeing

The Womanhood Project is a movement devoted to reclaiming the wisdom, connection, and vitality of womanhood. Born on the Mornington Peninsula, it weaves together ancient knowing and modern support, inviting women to gather, remember, and thrive.

Through our membership container and in-person gatherings, The Womanhood Project connects women across all life stages with practitioners, therapists, professionals and creatives dedicated to supporting women’s wellbeing. The membership site includes a curated directory, live workshops, guided meditations, storytelling, and live in-person events connecting all our members.

The foundations are built on Your Voice Matters, our nationwide research initiative amplifying women’s lived experiences of womanhood, menopause, and midlife transformation. The findings will help inform health practitioners, educators and policymakers, giving women a platform to share their stories and shape the future of women’s wellbeing in Australia.

More than a community, The Womanhood Project is a remembering of how women once gathered, supported one another, and honoured their cycles and transitions. Here, women are invited to explore wellbeing, creativity, and personal transformation in spaces that feel safe, soulful, and deeply human. We deeply believe in meeting women where they are at, whatever that looks like.

Join us as we co-create a new story for womanhood: one of strength, wisdom, and belonging.
