At The Ranch, women aren’t just part of the team; they are the driving force behind an environment that lifts others up, inspiring adventure.
With more than 30 incredible women leading activities, horse riding, administrating, cleaning and cooking, their collective impact is felt throughout the community.
These women create a space where others feel safe, supported, and empowered to take on new challenges. Whether it’s leading an outdoor adventure or ensuring guests feel welcome, their passion helps people discover the excitement of stepping outside their comfort zone.
Many women face barriers getting active due to fear of judgement or lack of confidence. The Ranch’s female-led team is changing that by fostering an environment where women can try something new alongside like-minded women, free of pressure or expectations. They proudly support the This Girl Can campaign with a free day of mountainboarding, and are members of Women in Business MP and WWIB, with a recent invitation to attend the roundtable for female business leaders.
The women at The Ranch support each other, and aim for every woman to feel confident and supported stepping into new experiences. They’ll continue to strive for this because life is better when you’re ‘Hit ‘n’ the Switch’.
