Our Sweet Pantry has become the go-to destination for cake-lovers on the Mornington Peninsula.
Lorraine and Monique, a passionate mother and daughter, started with a dream of having a little van and shopfront where residents, holidaymakers and anyone with a sweet tooth could enjoy gorgeously tempting cakes and delightfully delicious cookies whenever the craving struck.
Their journey began at local markets, and during the COVID-19 pandemic they expanded into an online shop – complete with a ‘create your own’ section – and started shipping their tasty creations across Australia.
In 2022, they opened their cosy retail shop in Capel Sound, and it has since become a haven for custom-made birthday, wedding and event cakes. It’s also the place to find scrumptious cakes and desserts that they make fresh daily.
Lorraine and Monique are joined by a dedicated team of four hardworking, passionate women who bring their vision to life every day, ensuring each sweet treat is made with love and care.
