No.1 for street appeal

Peninsula House Numbers is a Mount Eliza-based business that designs and manufactures premium architectural house numbers and letters.

Founded by husband and wife team Simon and Bec, the business was born from a gap in the market they discovered while renovating their own homes. High-quality, modern house numbers made in Australia were virtually impossible to find; everything was either cheap plastic or imported from overseas. So they decided to make what they couldn’t find.

Every product is crafted on the Mornington Peninsula using 8mm solid aluminium, not the hollow or thin metal typical of mass-produced alternatives. The numbers are precision cut using water jet technology, hand-sanded, drilled, and then finished with a Dulux Architectural powder coating for a professional-grade result that won’t fade, chip or chalk, even in harsh coastal environments. All products come with a 25-year guarantee.

Customers can choose from five contemporary fonts, each designed to complement different architectural styles:

Flinders for modern minimalist homes;

Rosebud for heritage and Federation properties;

Merricks for Art Deco charm;

Somers for relaxed coastal aesthetics; and,

Portsea for ultra-contemporary builds.

Five size options range from 100mm to 400mm, with finishes including matt black, matt white, matt gold, silver, and Colorbond Monument.

All orders are custom-made, so if a specific size, font or powder coat finish is required for a unique project, it can usually be accommodated.

Each order includes detailed installation templates and hardware for both floating and flush mount options, making DIY installation straightforward. Production time for most orders is about three weeks.

Peninsula House Numbers has built a loyal following among home renovators, architects and builders seeking that perfect finishing touch. With more than 600 5-star Google reviews, the business has become a trusted name for Australians wanting to elevate their home’s street appeal with quality craftsmanship and local manufacturing.
