We take immense pride in our strong female leadership team, led by assistant general manager Bronwyn Robbins, who has worked at the resort since its inception in 2003 and has been a key figure in the success of golf operations.
Alongside her are golf events manager Vicki Colliver, accounts manager Ashlee Zheng, events and marketing manager Giorgia Drake, HR manager Sophie Pearce, front office supervisor Annick Van Diesen, and food and beverage supervisor Loni Parkes.
These women drive the resort’s success, managing everything from daily activities to strategic development and guest experience. ย Their leadership promotes a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and high performance, ensuring Moonah Links remains a leader in the Mornington Peninsula tourism and hospitality industry.
