With nearly 20 years in the conveyancing industry, Karen Barr has seen significant changes: from a world of fax machines and thousands of pieces of paper to a completely digital experience.

“As a busy mum, I understand how juggling property deals alongside life can be challenging,” Karen said. “I am paperless to save you time, which means less time chasing files. But if you prefer traditional paper and ink, I can customise the services for you. My commitment to reliable communication ensures each file receives my full attention as I adapt to your needs.”
Karen started conveyancing in 2009. After seven years and thousands of files, she moved to a role at PEXA that was supporting lawyers and conveyancers across Victoria to electronic settlements. After her time as a national account manager for close to 10 years, she launched Karelba Conveyancing.

“My mission is to simplify the process of buying and selling property. I am committed to providing exceptional conveyancing services to all my clients. Your goals drive every decision. There is no confusion, just clear communication and someone you can trust.
“Buying and selling property can be stressful, which is why I am driven to make sure you feel supported in every aspect of the process and with someone you can rely on every step of the way – and I will pick up the phone.”
As a lifelong resident of the Mornington Peninsula, Karen is now raising her young family in this vibrant community. Her expertise in buying and selling property ensures that you know you’re in safe hands.
