Deliciousness for all diets

A passion for helping people with food sensitivities eat well is what inspired Crystal Dumais to create Arancini 4 All. This Mornington Peninsula business makes delicious, convenient meals for busy families as well as for people with special dietary requirements.

Trained on the Peninsula as a chef, Crystal built Arancini 4 All from the ground up, producing a thriving gluten-free range that proves ‘free from’ can still be full of flavour. She is supported by her partner, Grant, who works alongside her in the business.

Arancini 4 All is endorsed by Coeliac Australia and accredited with the Monash University Low FODMAP program, giving its customers and the chefs it supplies peace of mind and confidence. Crystal has navigated the realities of growing a gluten-free business: perfecting recipes, strengthening allergen controls, balancing production and cash flow, and building loyal demand through farmers markets, wholesale and food service. With Grant’s support, the team has focused on quality, consistency and community.

As International Women’s Day highlights women’s achievements and resilience, Crystal’s story is one of backing herself, learning fast, and leading with purpose. At the heart of her business is a simple belief: no one should miss out on great food because of gluten intolerance, IBS triggers, or time pressure.

Recently, Arancini 4 All introduced a new crumbed chicken range, bringing the same allergen-aware approach to more everyday meals. Crystal is now focused on expanding distribution so more households and venues across Victoria and beyond can access trusted gluten-free options.
