BeerFest is Australia’s longest running beer festival, and it’s returning to Melbourne in November with a Mornington Peninsula brewery on board to help celebrate its 10th year. Seaford’s Mr Banks Brewing Co will showcase its small-batch, hop-forward beers, joining more than 300 craft beers and more than 200 producers exhibiting everything from delicious eats to wines, ciders, cocktails and unique beer collaborations.
BeerFest offers something for everyone. Beer enthusiasts will be able to expand their knowledge from the very best in the industry with masterclasses and live demonstrations as well as plenty of tastings. The event is not just a craft beer expo; it celebrates all the good things in life that are better with beer: mates, music, comedy, food and family.
Grinspoon’s Phil Jamieson will be performing live, as will Daft Punk tribute DJs Discovery, and there will also be a live comedy tent for plenty of laughs.
BeerFest is the ultimate outdoor summer festival experience, the perfect day out to spend with mates or the family, for the beer-curious and the beer-converted alike. It’s at Moonee Valley Racecourse on Saturday, November 24. Tickets are available at melbourne.beerfestivals.com.au and range from $15-$40 depending on the festival package experience.
