Meanwhile, police are appealing for help to identify a man after a theft and assault at a Frankston drive-through bottle shop. They said the man entered the bottle shop, picked up a slab of alcohol and then pushed past a female staff member before running off on Sunday, September 27, at 4.15pm.
The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, aged 30-40, with a solid build. He was wearing an LA Lakers beanie, an orange high-vis jumper, green cargo pants and Nike sneakers, and he possibly has a tattoo on his left thumb.
