Surrounded by 230ha of historic gardens and buildings, indigenous plants and animals and magnificent wetlands, Josephine’s Restaurant at The Briars in Mount Martha is reopening on Wednesday, June 3. The restaurant will be open Wednesday-Sunday from 10am-3pm and for dinner bookings only on Friday and Saturday nights.

From Wednesday to Friday you’ll be able to enjoy a lunchtime entrée and main or a main only for $25, and a main and dessert or an entrée, main and dessert for $30, with daily wine and beer specials. Josephine’s menu showcases some of the Peninsula’s best produce and caters for a wide range of dietary requirements, including meat, dairy and gluten-free, as well as featuring some great choices for the kids. And after everyone’s had their fill, you can run or walk off your meal exploring The Briars.

With plenty of restaurant parking available, there’s never been a better time to enjoy Josephine’s.
