Frankston City’s Do It Outdoors Bumper Weekend will feature a huge array of entertainment, including tasty temptations, street art, live music and more.
Frankston City will be bursting with outdoor entertainment next weekend – and you’re invited. Supported by Frankston City Council in collaboration with businesses, community groups and performers, the Do It Outdoors Bumper Weekend from March 19-21 will have something for everyone.
Live and Local features performers including former X-Factor runner-up Andrew Wishart, as well as markets, mouthwatering food, children’s rides and more.
Ventana 2021 Reimagined includes music, dance, storytelling, art exhibitions, and online workshops covering topics ranging from dancing to food.
The Big Picture Fest returns for its fourth year, and street artists including Brett Piva, CTO, Dave Court, Ghostpatrol, Jason Parker, Julian Clavijo, Maxine Gigliotti, Melanie Caple and Wina Jie will transform nine walls around Frankston with stunning works of art.
Graze Frankston City is a festival of food from more than 30 venues. Foodies will also have the chance to win vouchers to attend those venues for more delicious dishes.
Do It Outdoors Family Fun includes outdoor movies for all ages at Langwarrin and Carrum Downs. Astro Boy is showing at Centenary Park Golf Course and Bill and Ted Face the Music is at Banyan Reserve in Carrum Downs. With food trucks on site, just bring a picnic rug and enjoy a great family night under the stars.
There will be free Yoga in the Park sessions at Seaford, Carrum Downs, Langwarrin and Frankston across the weekend. Turn up in your active wear with your yoga mat for a session with a Calm Heart Yoga instructor.
