With more than 35 years’ experience in Asian cuisine, Ginseng Restaurant has a simple recipe for success: buy the best produce fresh every day and prepare it with skill and the utmost care. That’s why diners keep coming back for their favourite dishes – from pan-tossed calamari to wasabi king prawns to peking duck – knowing they’ll taste sensational every time.
And if your tastebuds have been crying out for a Ginseng fix, we’ve got some great news: the dining room will begin taking bookings again on Tuesday, June 2. It will be open for lunch from noon until 3pm, followed by two dinner sessions, both limited to one and half hours with a maximum of six patrons per table. The first session will be from 5-7.30pm and the second from 7.30pm until late.
In-house dining hours are 5-9.30pm Tuesday to Thursday, 5-10pm Friday and Saturday, and 5-9.30pm Sunday. Bookings are strongly advised.
If you prefer eating at home, you can go online to order your meal for pick-up or delivery. Delivery is available from 5-9pm Tuesday to Sunday. See Ginseng’s website for the full menu, delivery suburbs and fees.
