Have you seen a colourful little caravan around the Safety Beach foreshore on your daily travels? That’s Café Del Sol’s pop-up cafe and it’s taking advantage of the gorgeous bay views with picnic tables, public amenities and a children’s playground just metres away.

Depending on the weather, you’ll find Café Del Sol on the foreshore from 8am-3pm Friday to Sunday during winter, serving up locally roasted coffee, locally blended tea and chai, smoothies, Turkish and classic toasties with a variety of fillings, avo smash, healthy salad wraps and delicious vegan raw treats.

All takeaway food comes in eco-friendly compostable and biodegradable packaging.

Pop down over the weekend and enjoy your next lockdown walk with a cup of caffeine and some fresh air.

Daily updates are available on the Facebook page, so check to make sure the caravan’s there before heading down.
