Critical Info’s win follows the launch of its new online platform to help people document and share their legacy, wishes and paperwork.
Critical Info Platform guides users to capture more than 150 pieces of information and paperwork on such life areas as their pets, health, heritage, spirituality, secrets, finances and more. This can be documented and preserved in writing, audio or video and can be updated at any time. It is released to two pre-nominated contacts when the user is admitted to hospital, dies, or whenever they choose to have an open discussion about their end-of-life plans.
Griefline CEO Kate Cahill said the platform “makes conversations about death easy and so has the significant potential to improve grief outcomes”, while Melville Cares CEO Maria Davison said she was “thrilled to be the first aged care provider in Australia to sign up to introduce Critical Info Platform to our clients, their families and the older members in our community”.
Critical Info Platform annual subscriptions are available at criticalinfo.com.au/critical-info-platform/ $99 a year.
