St John of God Frankston Rehabilitation Hospital’s services cross all age groups from 16 years and over. The type, intensity and goals of rehabilitation are based on our patient-centred approach and will differ depending on the age and condition of the individual.
Rehabilitation can be delivered from an inpatient or outpatient setting.
