Seasonal expectations of new life have inspired a time of change for the Anglican community in Mount Eliza.

Having maintained four regular Sunday morning services for decades, the parish is closing all of them and establishing two new services that are due to start after Easter.   Prompted by logistical and financial factors, as well a desire for growth, the restructure represents a definite and significant change in the life of the parish.

“We are aware that there are a range of emotions felt by many,” says the Rev Jennie Savage.   “This change is going to affect everyone.  All of us are going to start anew, together ... God is with us.”
